Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) Chittenango, NY, is seeking a Master Scheduler to ensure on-time delivery and budget objectives under the Manufacturing Manager, coordinating with Production, vendors, Accounting and Customer Service.

You will develop production schedules based on forecasts and WIP, monitor material availability, manage BOM accuracy with Engineering, and drive schedule adherence to support aerospace components.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing planning/scheduler experience.
• ERP experience and Oracle proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily operation line walk to communicate priorities and review OTD.
• Attend weekly SIOP and SLB meetings to draft production commitments.
• Plan production schedules based on available personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Review material requirements and coordinate with Purchasing for materials availability.
• Create and distribute weekly/daily production schedules to leadership.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate re-runs as needed to meet demand.
• Communicate delays or re-prioritization to Sales and Customer Service.
• Ensure BOM accuracy with Engineering and run lead-time reports.
• Publish weekly on-time delivery statistics for legacy and new products.
