Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Production Coordinator (Starship) to monitor and move parts through the production flow, ensuring on-time delivery to next locations. You will collaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production to maintain clean MRP/ERP data and drive efficiency across cells, with emphasis on certifications and process improvements.

The role supports multiple shifts, requires 1+ year admin experience, and favors candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and APICS certification.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience in aerospace/manufacturing environments.
• SQL and Tableau experience.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery.
• Push/pull movement of parts through receiving, stock rooms, and production resources.
• Promote workflow consistency and drive down internal logistics lead-times.
• Coordinate off-site processing for on-time delivery.
• Keep MRP/ERP data clean and accurate."
• Resolve incorrect system data driving demand or schedules.
• Update and utilize metrics with production personnel.
• Develop and maintain reports for internal and customer use.
• Assist leadership with action item updates.
• Support logistics through innovative workflow staging.
• Manage material certifications and prevent use of uncertified materials.
• Assist with returns to stock and inventory purge actions.
• Create purchase requisitions for scheduled contract work.
• Organize production tooling and calibration library.
• Support productivity projects within production cells.
• Assist with work order management in assigned cells.
