Job summary

Korry Electronics in Everett, WA seeks a Production Lead to supervise assembly lines and support on-time delivery. This role advances from production to production supervision with a focus on Lean practices, continuous improvement, and staff development.

Responsibilities include coordinating teams, driving productivity, and mentoring direct reports while upholding safety and quality standards in a demanding aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 4+ years production experience in Aerospace manufacturing
• Prior leadership experience (managing more than 10 direct reports) preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production teams to meet on-time delivery and daily production rate metrics.
• Identify productivity improvements and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering for implementation.
• Understand and act on strategic and tactical plans from department leadership.
• Convey plans clearly to the production team for their roles.
• Own first-pass yield and hourly rate on production lines.
• Facilitate training using written, visual, and mixed media materials.
• Update cross-training matrix to support training initiatives.
• Publicly speak in team and leadership meetings.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles daily.
• Maintain high ethical standards for yourself and your team.
