Korry Electronics seeks a Production Lead in Everett to support on-time delivery and productivity goals across assembly lines. You will guide a production team, drive lean improvements, and ensure adherence to rate targets while collaborating with planning and management.

This role emphasizes strong communication, cross-training, and leadership development as a path toward a Production Supervisor position within a professional aerospace manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years production experience in Aerospace manufacturing.
• Past leadership experience managing more than 10 direct reports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production teams to meet on-time delivery and rate metrics.
• Identify productivity improvements and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineer team.
• Understand and act on strategic/planning directives from leadership.
• Communicate plans clearly to the production team.
• Own first-pass yield and hourly rate on lines.
• Facilitate training using various media and update cross-training matrix.
• Public speaking in team and leadership meetings.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing daily.
• Maintain high ethical standards and uphold company culture.
