Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Production Supervisor I to lead a manufacturing team on days, Monday–Friday. You’ll receive mentorship, hands-on training, and the experience to influence production, quality, and delivery in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You’ll supervise 10–15 people, manage schedules, and partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain while applying Lean tools and Kaizen events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years leading teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to present to groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing employees (10-15).
• Manage production schedules and meet customer commitments.
