Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Supervisor of Aerospace Production Engineering to lead a small engineering team at our Newnan, GA site. You will oversee task execution, schedules, and capacity planning while coaching engineers and coordinating with repair and manufacturing cells.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, management of budgets and timelines, and adherence to quality and ISO standards, including a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering in Aerospace, Materials, Mechanical or related discipline.
• Minimum 6+ years in Aerospace or Industrial gas turbine manufacturing or repair.
• Deep knowledge of gas turbine component manufacturing or repair processes.
• Capable of developing and monitoring budgets, schedules, resources, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a focused team of 3–5 engineers within a sub-discipline (project, design, or process).
• Drive task execution, schedule adherence, contingency and capacity planning, and coaching team members.
• Collaborate across Engineering teams, leverage and implement best practices.
• Monitor team performance using MOS tools and report to leadership.
• Manage resources and budgets, and coordinate with Repair and Manufacturing Cells.
