Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing production teams at our Tampa, FL site. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance, with daily leadership, scheduling, and cross‑department collaboration to meet customer commitments.

The successful candidate will develop employees, improve processes, and uphold 5S and workplace standards while supporting aviation safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and other departments to meet customer commitments.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to build capability and performance.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement, and productivity initiatives.
