Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing production teams across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance in Orangeburg, NY. You will assign and execute production schedules, develop employees, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, and proficient communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Strong English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Quality, Engineering, Planning and other departments to meet customer commitments.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to build capability and performance.
• Manage performance, attendance, and development; partner with HR on employee relations.
