Job summary

RTX is seeking an intern for the Commercial Engine Production Chief Organization in East Hartford. You will learn CE programs, support process evolution, and work closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver world-class products.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with strong organizational skills and a 3.0+ GPA. Onsite roles and career opportunities across RTX are available.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Align engineering, operations, and supply chain plans with program and customer priorities.
Support communications and cross-functional alignment for CE programs.
Assist in development of dashboards and data analyses.
Contribute to continuous improvement of key processes.
