Job summary

RTX invites interns for the 2027 summer to learn about Commercial Engine (CE) programs, products, and customers, while supporting process improvements and data-driven decision making within Pratt & Whitney’s Operations group.

The CE PCO focuses on being the voice of the customer and coordinating with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to meet program milestones and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA; prior RTX internship/co-op or work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align engineering, operations, and supply chain plans with program and customer priorities.
• Support communications, cross-functional alignment, and risk identification/mitigation for CE programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of key processes.
• Assist in data gathering, analysis, and operational decision support.
• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring with project managers and team members.
• Utilize SAP, Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis tools to support operations.
• Develop and maintain databases and dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
