Job summary

Wipaire, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Engineer to provide engineering support for existing Wipaire products, assist with R&D projects, and participate in product improvements. The role reports to the Data & Product Support Manager and requires a four-year engineering degree, 3–6 years of aerospace experience, and FAA certification knowledge.

Regular hours are Monday–Friday with flexibility as needed. Salary ranges from $92,300 to $138,500 annually, with pay based on skills and

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar engineering strongly preferred.
• Three to six years’ minimum practical aerospace engineering experience strongly preferred.
• Structural design and repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Internal and External Customer Support: assist customers to overcome problems with Wipaire products; troubleshoot and address design or customer-use issues.
• Review and analyze issues; communicate findings; issue No-Technical Objection (NTO) letters as needed.
• Generate, analyze, and document repair scheme designs; review ECRs; provide feedback to Engineering.
