SPI in California is seeking a Product Project Manager II to help plan and manage product releases. You’ll gather demand from Sales, Product Management, Program Management, Engineering and Delivery teams and translate it into detailed roadmaps.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive releases to completion and maintain updated roadmaps for stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, product development knowledge, and a customer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent in related field.
• 3-6 years in product or project management roles in tech.
• Technical background or understanding of product development in aerospace preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Jira, Trello or MS Project.
• In-Flight Entertainment knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and assess new feature requests, and product enhancement needs
• Develop release plans by prioritizing features based on business needs and technical feasibility
• Actively manage the product releases through gated phases
• Monitor execution, track milestones, and resolve bottlenecks with PM
• Organize meetings with Product Management, Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to align on progress
• Create and maintain key product artifacts, including status reports and release updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, status reports, and risk assessments
