Job summary

RAVE Aerospace LLC is seeking a Product Project Manager II in California to help plan and manage product releases across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams. You will translate demand into roadmaps and drive releases to completion using our development framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of product or project management experience, preferably in technology.
• Technical background or understanding of aerospace product development.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Knowledge of In-Flight Entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and assess new feature requests and product enhancements.
• Develop product release plans by prioritizing features based on business needs and feasibility.
• Actively manage product releases through gated development phases.
• Monitor release progress, track milestones, and resolve bottlenecks with PM teams.
• Organize meetings with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to ensure alignment on progress.
• Create and maintain product artifacts, including status reports and release updates.
• Serve as the primary contact for updates, status reports, and risk assessments.
