Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Eastlake seeks a Product Engineer to help grow aerospace and industrial investment casting capabilities. You will lead and improve manufacturing processes, develop procedures, and collaborate across teams to meet quality and cost targets.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and introducing new technologies to boost yield and productivity. Ohio-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DS/SX and Equiaxed casting processes; shell parameters and dimensional impact.
• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles applied to manufacturing.
• Strong GD&T and interpretation of customer specifications.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; capable of documentation.
• Proficient PC skills and program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support dies, gages and tooling to produce ceramic cores and castings.
• Identify process variables with data analysis (statistical/DOE/6 Sigma).
• Interface with tooling vendors and CPP Purchasing to obtain quality tools.
• Control dimensional quality of castings to meet customer expectations.
• Develop internal job instructions and document procedures.
