Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage high-volume procurement of materials, supplies, and services. You will process requisitions, issue RFQs and POs, and ensure timely delivery in alignment with program plans.

Preferred candidates have DoD procurement experience, SAP expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills to support cross-functional teams across the supply chain. The role offers competitive pay and benefits in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years related experience preferred.
• Experience building supplier networks and understanding suppliers’ processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement from intent to purchase through delivery.
• Issue RFQs, POs, and IDWAs in compliance with regulations.
• Negotiate costs balancing quality and schedule needs.
• Maintain records and ensure on-schedule delivery.
