Zusammenfassung

TRIGO ADR Americas seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage high-volume purchasing of materials, supplies and services. You’ll process requisitions, issue RFQs/POs, and ensure on-time delivery at negotiated costs while maintaining compliance with government regulations.

You will coordinate cross-functional procurement activities, analyze requirements, and negotiate with suppliers. Strong ERP/MRP experience and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to build relations with supplier network and insight into supplier processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate procurement from intent to purchase through delivery.
• Analyze commodity requirements including specs, suppliers, and timing.
• Issue RFQs, POs and IDWAs per regulations.
• Solicit and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Interview potential suppliers to ensure requirements are met.
• Advise on supplier selection and negotiate costs.
• Ensure delivery on schedule, price, and quality.
• Maintain records of orders and shipping notices.
