Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage high-volume purchasing of materials and services under DoD procurement rules. You will oversee requisitions, RFQs, POs, and supplier negotiations to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires SAP/ERP proficiency, DoD/regulatory experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration with production planning teams. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years related experience.
• Experience with DoD procurement and government regulations.
• Ability to build supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and place orders in SAP.
• Issue RFQs, POs and IDWAs per DoD regulations.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate costs.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Maintain records and support cross-functional teams.
• Travel and other duties as assigned.
