Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas in the United States is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage high-volume purchasing for aerospace and defense programs. You will process requisitions, issue RFQs/POs, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time delivery and compliance with DoD regulations.

Strong ERP experience (SAP) and proficiency in MS Office are required, with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years related experience in procurement.
• Experience building supplier networks and managing DoD procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates procurement from intent to purchase through delivery.
• Analyzes commodity requirements and supplier options.
• Issues RFQs and POs in line with regulations.
• Solicits proposals and evaluates bids.
• Interview potential suppliers to meet requirements.
• Negotiate cost with quality and schedule balance.
• Implements contracts compliant with regulations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and records accuracy.
• Maintain order/contract documents and data.
• Support cost-effective distribution methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
