Job summary

Ontic Miramar is seeking a PMO Supply Chain Lead to join our Miramar team in Florida, reporting to the PMO Director. This hands-on role spans supplier onboarding, inventory transfers, forecasting and material provisioning to ensure production readiness for aerospace components.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Supply Chain, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and experience in aerospace. Travel may be required; fast-paced environment and cross-functional collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing and Planning.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems for planning and procurement.
• Experience working in aerospace environments.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Supply Chain transfer plans with project managers.
• Lead inventory transfer and ensure material availability for builds.
• Forecast material requirements and manage provisioning and forecasting.
• Support supplier onboarding and monitor deliveries and orders.
• Maintain planning data, purchase orders and Supply Chain documentation.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations and Engineering on production schedules.
