Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems in Tulsa is seeking a results‑driven supply chain professional to synchronize materials procurement and supplier activities across metallic and non‑metallic streams. You will interface with customers and suppliers to secure quality materials on time and manage POs, RFQs, and post‑award activities.

The role emphasizes negotiation, analytical thinking, and relationship building to optimize planning and reduce variability.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in a supply chain role within aerospace or manufacturing.
Proficient with SAP, MS Office, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication with leadership at all levels.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Project management experience and strong organization.
Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

Synchronize supply chain for metallic and non-metallic raw materials.
Interface with internal/external customers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Develop RFQs/Proposals; analyze responses; negotiate and award contracts.
Manage purchase orders and post-award supplier activity.
Place inventory levels and monitor supplier performance.
Monitor demand and optimize total supply chain planning; reduce variability.
