Metal Finishing Company is seeking an Aerospace Processing Technician in Wichita, KS to support surface finishing operations for aerospace components. This posting covers multiple openings; during interviews you’ll be matched to the department and shift that best fits your skills and availability. No aerospace experience is required; hands-on training is provided.

Shifts available include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Full-time employment with mandatory OT, averaging 50+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working with chemicals and in a manufacturing environment with PPE.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, mask, and rack parts for coating and plating.
• Operate anodize, chem-film, dry blast, or shot peen equipment per procedures.
• Apply primer/paint coatings and perform sanding/prep.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specs.
• Package finished components for shipment.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.
