Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Brea, CA is seeking a Process Technician to perform precision finishing tasks on aerospace components on a two-shift schedule (4 AM–2:30 PM and 2:30 PM–1 AM), with potential Saturday OT.

You will operate sand blasting, deburring, cleaning, painting and plating processes while maintaining documentation and a safe work area. You must be ITAR compliant, able to read and follow English instructions, and proficient with deburring, de-oiling and dry blast methods.

Qualifications

• ItAR compliance required.
• Read/write English and follow instructions.
• Experience with deburring, de-oiling and dry blast methods.
• Ability to manage documentation and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Operate sand blasting, deburring, and cleaning processes.
• Perform painting and plating as required.
• Organize/maintain parts, equipment, and media.
• Set up and adjust equipment per specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and certification documents.
