Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Comfortable working with technical documentation such as product tech sheets and process guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct heat treatment processes on metals and alloys to alter their properties.
• Continuously monitor heat treatment processes to meet job requirements and safety regulations.
• Set up, operate, and maintain heat-treating equipment including furnaces and quenching systems.
• Perform heat treatment processes such as annealing, hardening, and tempering.
• Examine finished products for defects and conduct quality control tests.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain accurate records of processes and results.
