Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Shop Peening experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications (e.g., BAC standards).
• Experience with technical documentation such as process guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, support and produce high-quality products in a productive work environment.
• Plan, check and establish sequences to fabricate, assemble and inspect hardware per requirements.
• Perform self-inspection using precision measuring tools and maintain certifications needed.
• Read blueprints, work orders and specifications to complete operations per engineering.
• Maintain compliance with FOD, Hazmat, OSHA, QMS and perform routine machine maintenance.
