Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in aerospace/defense process engineering, focusing on aluminum vacuum brazing and machining.
• Strong knowledge of heat exchanger and cold plate manufacturing processes.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes for aluminum vacuum brazed heat exchangers and cold plates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless introduction of new products into manufacturing processes.
• Work with Quality Manager to meet or exceed industry standards and customer requirements; implement process controls.
• Manage Maintenance department; track equipment uptime and drive continuous improvement in FIXX-driven metrics.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven process enhancements across the team.
• Collaborate with design engineering and production to align product design with manufacturing capabilities.
• Train and mentor process engineering staff; develop and implement training programs.
