Job summary

Mor Morales Professional, a Morales group company, is seeking an experienced Aerospace Process Engineer to develop manufacturing processes and support product lifecycle activities. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and ensure conformance to customer specs.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and at least seven years in aerospace, with strong GD&T, blueprint reading, and CAD skills (Siemens NX or AutoCAD).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum seven years of aerospace engineering experience.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document manufacturing processes from drawings to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing on process improvements.
• Manage products through lifecycle from PO receipt to shipment.
• Create BOMs, routings, operation sheets and tooling needs.
• Provide production support during development and manufacturing phases.
• Support updates to existing products and processes and ensure quality compliance.
• Communicate technical information with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with program management activities and customer support.
• Adhere to quality system requirements and procedures.
