Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on grinding experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Stringent tolerances in aerospace or high-precision settings.
• Solid GD&T understanding.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up, adjust, and operate OD and ID grinding equipment.
• Select and apply grinding wheels based on material, tolerance, and finish.
• Perform wheel dressing and adjustments to maintain precision and surface integrity.
• Execute form grinding and complex setups on aerospace components.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements to meet tolerances and finish specs.
• Troubleshoot surface finish, chatter, and wheel performance.
• Select workholding methods, speeds, feeds, and machine parameters.
• Partner cross-functionally to meet quality and delivery targets.
