You will transition prototypes to repeatable flight builds, while balancing rigor with scalable, cost-conscious manufacturing.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5–10 years of aerospace electronics hardware quality experience.
• Hands-on with power electronics assemblies and high-voltage hardware.
• Ability to read schematics, layouts, and mechanical drawings with GD&T.
• Strong background in quality systems, inspection methods and root cause analysis.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with design and manufacturing/test engineers to optimize inspectability of products and processes.
• Lead and own calibration and asset management across the organization.
• Serve as ESD coordinator and support design/production in quality activities.
• Lead first article, in-process, and end-of-line inspections as needed.
• Drive corrective actions and root-cause analysis to improve design, process, and documentation.
