RTX seeks an engineering student for the CH-47F Chinook cockpit avionics program. You will join the platform systems engineering team and assist in requirements capture, decomposition, and test procedure development.

Great for students pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering/ STEM, with exposure to Agile practices and ALM tools like DOORS, JAMA, and JIRA. Onsite availability and a collaborative lab environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or STEM and actively enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Basic experience with DOORS, JAMA, JIRA, and ALM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CH-47F Chinook cockpit avionics requirements on CTES program.
• Contribute to design, development, integration, and test of platform/software applications.
• Learn requirements capture and peer review for cockpit avionics.
• Decompose and allocate requirements across domains within Collins Aerospace.
• Assist in creating test procedures and participate in testing in lab environments.
• Collaborate in an Agile development team of professional engineers.
