Augmentis is representing a Fortune 500 aerospace manufacturer seeking a hands-on HR Generalist for a 900-employee, multi-shift operation in Northern New Jersey. You will partner with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and talent development to build a new internal apprenticeship program.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this role requires a proactive HR professional who can balance legal, cultural, and business considerations while fostering a safe,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
3–5 years of HR or recruiting experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
Access to export-controlled information; clearance required.

Responsibilities

Lead HR partner for a multi-shift manufacturing operation.
Handle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS, compliance, and talent development.
Develop and launch apprenticeship programs for skilled trades.
Ensure safety culture and EH&S compliance.
