Job summary

Hytek Finishes Co. in Kent, WA is seeking a Planner Scheduler to convert customer purchase orders and engineering documents into precise production plans for our 24/7 aerospace manufacturing facility.

You will create internal work orders, build production schedules in Syteline, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with aerospace quality standards. A detail-oriented, collaborative problem-solver will thrive here and grow.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented candidate with strong proofreading and accuracy skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
• English reading/writing proficiency and clear communication required.

Responsibilities

• Review all incoming customer purchase orders for accuracy and required documentation.
• Create internal work orders and build production plans in Syteline ERP.
• Develop and maintain operational schedules to support production capacity and deadlines.
• Enter international orders into the Trade Compliance OCR system with accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve order or documentation issues.
• Cross-train as a Certification Technician to meet aerospace quality requirements.
• Support teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
