Job summary

Hytek Finishes is seeking a Planner Scheduler in Kent, WA, to convert customer purchase orders and engineering documents into clear, accurate production plans for our 24/7 aerospace manufacturing facility.

You will influence workflows to ensure precision, compliance, and on-time delivery, while identifying discrepancies and building order from complex information to support future advancement.

Responsibilities

• Review all incoming customer purchase orders for accuracy and required documentation.
• Create internal work orders and build production plans within our Syteline ERP system.
• Develop and maintain operational schedules to support production capacity and customer deadlines.
• Enter international orders into the Trade Compliance OCR system with complete accuracy.
• Communicate directly with internal teams and customers to resolve order or documentation issues.
• Cross-train as a Certification Technician, ensuring all processes and documentation meet aerospace quality requirements.
• Support a culture of teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
