Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Ogden, UT is seeking a Planner to ensure the master production schedule aligns with customer service, inventory targets, and configuration control. You will prepare schedules, issue material requirements, and coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering to keep materials flowing.

Requires 6+ years in inventory/production control, a bachelor’s degree, and APICS certification preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or materials management.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP theories and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify material requirements for production from engineering and production specs.
• Maintain item master schedules and BOMs.
• Advise management on material availability and production problems.
• Coordinate material movements between internal areas and suppliers to ensure timely availability.
