Job summary

Odys is seeking a Mission Systems Integration & Test Engineer to join our engineering team working on Laila, a dual-use UAS platform. You will integrate diverse payloads, validate onboard and ground systems, and lead end-to-end verification campaigns across SIL/HIL, ground, and flight tests in collaboration with avionics, systems, and GCS teams.

A degree in a related field and 2+ years in UAS integration are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in system integration, test, or verification & validation for UAS/eVTOLs or embedded aerospace systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating payloads and avionics subsystems onto a platform.
• Strong knowledge of real-time debugging and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Payload-to-aircraft integration and interface definition across mechanical, electrical, power, and data interfaces.
• System, avionics & GCS integration to enable robust telemetry, video, and C2 links.
• Lead SIL/HIL test setups, ground/flight campaigns, and verification & validation activities.
• Develop test tooling and automation to support integration and regression testing.
