Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of related experience; or Master's degree with 2+ years; or 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• 4+ years leading engineering teams supporting complex systems integration.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of autonomy and software systems.
• Knowledge of UAS platforms, payloads, and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, decompose, translate, and develop requirements for system modifications and integration of new payloads into existing platforms.
• Coordinate with technical team leads to meet objectives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Manage and maintain engineering records, design documentation, and operational manuals.
• Support design quality with detailed planning and engineering processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementation strategies, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple objectives.
• Support system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
