Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an onsite Paint Technician in Minnesota for the 2nd shift. You will prepare surfaces, apply coatings with spray guns, and maintain equipment while meeting quality standards. A DoD Secret clearance is required, and US citizenship is necessary. Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; related technical education is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours and work overtime as needed.
• Follow EH&S policies and wear required PPE at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and sanding.
• Apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun.
• Adjust spray gun settings to maximize transfer efficiency and train others.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and ensure all tools meet specs.
• Complete required documentation and meet quality standards.
