Qualifications

• Requires hands-on spray-painting experience in automotive, boat/marine, aircraft, or similar industrial environment.
• Must be able to read blueprints and technical instructions; follow work instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint aircraft parts and components using spray guns and other methods.
• Mix coatings, apply sealants, read blueprints and instructions, perform basic cleaning/disassembly, and complete quality documentation.
