Raytheon in McKinney, TX is seeking an Operations Quality Engineer to join the Quality and Mission Assurance team onsite. The role focuses on containment, RCCA, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product quality.

Candidates typically hold a STEM degree with 2+ years of quality or manufacturing experience and must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance. Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 and APQP is preferred.

Qualifications

• A STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.
• Experience in quality, operations or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with First Article Inspections (AS9102) and/or APQP (AS9145).
• Experience with engineering procedures, specifications and documents.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage cross-functional teams to drive containment and RCCA.
• Conduct audits and support quality planning and control activities.
• Coordinate resolution of nonconforming material with Engineering and Production Control.
• Support process improvement initiatives and data reporting.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
