Job summary

Raytheon Technologies Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer for our Pratt & Whitney operations in the US. You will provide tactical leadership for day-to-day quality functions, lead audits and CAR management, and drive corrective actions within the Southern Logistics Center.

As an onsite role, you will collaborate across value streams, foster RCCA proficiency, maintain CORE discipline, and report to the Associate Director of Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in Quality/Manufacturing/Engineering.
• Experience with RCCA, SAP, and quality notifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects associated with Quality Logistics including Quality Reviews, Audits, CAR Management and escape investigations.
• Coordinate escape management and root-cause analysis within PW and 3PL.
• Report to Associate Director of Quality for Southern Logistics Center.
• Improve RCCA proficiency and maintain CORE discipline.
