Job summary

Triumph Gear Systems in Park City, UT is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead the site’s Manufacturing organization, drive best-in-class performance, and foster a continuous improvement culture. You will define processes, standards, and data necessary to meet manufacturing requirements while supporting other functions.

Requirements include a technical bachelor's degree, 5 years of operations management, 8–10 years in aerospace manufacturing with FAA/EASA knowledge, AS9100 experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Master’s Degree a plus.
• 5 years of management experience in Operations or Production Management.
• 8-10 years of Manufacturing experience in Aerospace or other complex, highly regulated industries.
• Strong experience with FAA and EASA regulations.
• AS9100 QMS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Safety, Quality and On Time Delivery of products and services.
• Lead the Operations team of supervisors to meet or exceed all quality, delivery and safety expectations.
• Develop Operations budgets and analyze monthly performance to meet production goals.
• Interface with customers to promote positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety guidelines and laws.
