Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 15+ years aerospace manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site aerospace/defense operations.
• Proven lean implementation and operational transformation.
• Strong aerospace quality system and regulatory knowledge.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, production control, quality, facilities, MRO and continuous improvement across sites.
• Establish a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to support revenue growth and scalable production.
• Create alignment among Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management, and Commercial functions.
• Oversee operations in two California locations and optimize capacity and flow.
• Develop unified operating model with common processes and standards.
• Drive ERP adoption and data-driven performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership on long-range capacity planning and growth initiatives.
