Job summary

Integress Inc is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across domestic and international operations in Azusa, CA. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Finance, Procurement and Logistics to ensure supplier capabilities, manage risk, and drive cost improvements while building scalable sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Minimum of three to five years of leadership experience managing sourcing, procurement, commodity-management, or supplier-management teams.
• Experience supporting aerospace, aviation, defense, space, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with AS9100, FAA/EASA requirements, ITAR, export controls, or other regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with growth, production and financial goals.
• Establish scalable sourcing processes, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Lead supplier identification, qualification, selection, and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships with focus on cost, quality and delivery.
• Lead negotiations involving supplier agreements, terms, pricing, and risks.
• Establish supplier performance-management processes and scorecards.
• Monitor supplier capacity, financial stability, regulatory risks, and continuity.
