• Minimum 10 years of related manufacturing/ops experience.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong aerospace machining management experience required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing regulations and operation guidelines (AS-9100).

Responsabilités

• Define, implement, and revise operational policies to improve day-to-day operations.
• Oversee plant activities and ensure safe, compliant, and professional work environments.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales to meet leadership goals and budgets.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cost of sales, and financial objectives.
• Mentor mid-level manufacturing management and track performance against goals.
• Maintain AS-9100 Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement.
