Job summary

Princeton Precision Group seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily manufacturing operations in our aerospace-focused facility in Mentor, OH. You will drive on-time delivery, safety, quality, and cost objectives while developing teams.

Responsibilities include production scheduling, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Strong Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Coach supervisors and leaders to strengthen leadership and succession.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Implement training to ensure workforce competency and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and staffing for efficient workflows.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to customer specifications.
