You will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to optimize production scheduling, workforce development, and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership to production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Ensure AS9100 and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Develop supervisors and team leads to strengthen leadership and succession.

Responsibilities

• Lead production scheduling and optimize workflows across shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Implement training programs to maintain workforce competency.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR to meet goals.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure continuity.
