Job summary

Stellant Systems is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee manufacturing and improve operational metrics in Williamsport, PA. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Aerospace/Defense manufacturing and experience in lean transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading production flow lines, ensuring on-time delivery, and developing cross-functional relationships to sustain operational efficiency. A minimum of 10 years' experience and a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in an operations leadership capacity.
• 10+ years’ manufacturing experience in the Aerospace/Defense industry.
• Experience with MRP driven manufacturing operations.
