Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in aerospace inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• FAA Certified Repairman or Airframe and Power Plant ideal.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments and blueprints.
• Experience with CMM operation and programming is a differentiator.
• Good mathematical skills and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on engine components.
• Ensure detailed quality inspection is in compliance with manuals and data.
• Read and understand engine manuals and data for receiving, in-process and final inspection.
• Operate computerized measuring equipment and assist inspectors as needed.
• Document compliance on organizational, customer and regulatory documents.
• Handle inspections with extremely close tolerances using precision instruments.
