Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all NPI engineering activities to meet milestones, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Direct engineering staff to provide technical support to sales, manufacturing, and quality.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and tooling conform to standards.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for better part production.
• Provide technical support to customers on engineering issues.
• Coach and mentor engineers to achieve performance and standards.
