Job summary

Parker Hannifin seeks a Production Program Manager to coordinate with customers and internal teams on new projects of moderate scope, resolving technical and contractual issues and ensuring timely production transitions.

The role requires a technical engineering degree and PM experience; PMP is a plus. Expect collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, QA, and support, with travel as needed and competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Technical bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical field.
• PM experience with defense/government clients is preferred.
• PMP certification is nice to have.
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups within manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer contact.
• Lead proposal development and negotiations for new business.
• Coordinate gathering and analysis of customer requirements.
• Provide project coordination across Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support.
• Monitor and integrate project elements and change management processes.
• Negotiate changes and maintain baselines.
• Transition projects to production and marketing administration.
• Document lessons learned and forecast programs.
