Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L of NPD programs and projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Lead IPT across the program, coach performance, and reward on KPIs.
• Supervise the integrated product team, set objectives, and guide scope changes and risk assessment.
• Maintain effective customer communications and manage contractual commitments.
• Ensure standard PM processes and publish PM metrics/reports for the program.
• Maintain metrics across financials, quality, schedule, and technical performance.
